Assists researchers in navigating available resources and identifying appropriate laboratory and analytical services through one-on-one consultation.

Supports and maintains the searchable HSCRF Resources Portal, a database of Pitt's shared biomedical research resources.

Provides assistance to users of the University of Pittsburgh’s iLab system, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and training to ensure smooth access to and management of shared research resources.
